1. Return Policy

We at MeKart strive to offer the best quality clothing products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return under the following conditions:

1.3 **General Returns:** If you simply change your mind or no longer want the product, you can return it within [7 Days], provided the product is in its original condition, unused, and with all tags intact.

2. Return Process

2.2 Once your request is approved, we will schedule a return pickup and provide a Return Authorization Number.

2.3 After receiving the product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets return conditions.

2.4 Once approved, we will initiate your refund to the original payment method. Please allow [7-10 business days] for the refund to reflect in your account.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

3.1 **Innerwear, Lingerie & Accessories:** Due to hygiene reasons.

3.2 **Customized or Personalized Items.**

4. Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

4.2 **After Dispatch:** Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You may, however, initiate a return after receiving the product if eligible under our return policy.
